In 2005, Judy Mayes opened this beautiful bed & breakfast near the Grand Canyon. After living in England, she decided to bring the magic of a bed & breakfast to the United States, and the Dumplin Patch was born. She maintained an amazing business and gained a world-wide customer base, giving her home to travelers for 18 years. 

As of December of 2022, Josh Miller and Kylie Zazula took ownership of the Dumplin Patch, and plan to carry on the legacy that Judy built. Josh has lived in the Grand Canyon area and worked as a backcountry hiking guide for 12 years, and Kylie has spent the last 3 years in the northern Arizona hospitality and restaurant industry. Together, we hope to provide helpful information and share our passion for the Grand Canyon and it's surrounding areas.
